The fantabulous National Migraine Centre posted the link below on their Facebook page yesterday:
Migraine Headache Forecast
I'm very lucky in that the weather seems to make no difference to my migraines but for many it is one bugger of a trigger. Obviously mother nature, red in tooth and claw, is one trigger that can really not be controlled by medications or prevented with life style changes. Unless, however, you work out what type of weather triggers your migraines. And jump in a caravan and run away whenever that type of weather is forecast....
Another migraineur recently sent me this list of Top Migraine Hot Spots to live. It appears that, surprisingly, Connecticut has the fewest factors associated with migraines. Miami and Honolulu are also high on the same list. I feel that it is, perhaps, my duty to go and stay in these places, drinks cocktails and see how many migraines I get......
Where would you go?
These places have fewer factors associated with migraines.
